We also know that you will have times when you will need a longer appointment, No problem that’s why we are here. We offer day, night, weekend and virtual visit appointments. This program offers amenities and health benefits beyond those covered by private health insurance plans and will allow us the needed resources to enhance your healthcare and overall wellness.
Some of the benefits include more flexibility, appointment availability, opportunity for extended visits, as well as treating appropriate conditions by telephone or email– thus saving you an office visit.
Diet and Nutrition
Research has shown 98% of people who lose weight regain all of their weight or more within five years. This dismal success rate stems from people following crash diets, unrealistic weight loss programs, and lack of nutritional education.
You will work one on one with our medical provider to customize a plan based on your unique weight loss concerns and goals . Many of the associated medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol will require careful monitoring and medication adjustment during the weight loss transition time.

- Individualized nutrition and fitness plans with updates

Telemedicine
4 Your Health has telemedicine visits for our patients to ensure they can access care whenever they need to. Whenever you have a sudden fever, cough, or injury a telemedicine visit from our providers can help diagnose and coordinate the care you need!
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to to grow in scale and impact a patient’s ability to travel freely, with multiple stay-at-home orders and social distancing efforts in place. Our provider team wants to ensure that our communities have affordable and accessible urgent care options when they need it.
Medicinal Cannabis
Medicinal cannabis was legalized by the state of Maryland in 2012, and is recognized in the medical community as an alternative therapy for certain conditions when traditional medical treatments have failed.
