She has guest lectured and serves as adjunct professor at The University of Maryland School of Nursing for the zFamily Nurse Practitioner Program.

Believing quality medical care requires the practitioner take the time to get to know her patients, be actively engaged in the patient’s care and advocate for her patient’s individual needs is what led her to open 4 Your Health where she can practice medicine the way it should be, similar to days gone by.

Deborah believes the best medicine is a blend of Eastern and Western modalities to promote health and wellness with disease prevention as its goal. Her hope is to provide quality, comprehensive and kind care in a warm and nurturing environment.

Deborah graduated from University of Maryland with honors in 1999 with my BS where she also served as class president and in 2003 with by MS Family Nurse Practitioner where she served as president of the Student Government Association.

Deborah holds National certification with The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners with additional certification in The American Academy of Nurse Practitioner’s Specialty subgroup for Dermatology and Obesity

She is an active member of Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland and Maryland Association of Advanced Practitioner

She lives in Annapolis with her husband and 2 boys.

Deborah enjoys running especially participating in the annual Annapolis 10 miler as a medical runner.
